I've been a startup Head of People, a senior HR business partner to C-suite leaders, and the People Ops lead for a 3,000-person, 27-location global workforce. Most recently I was VP of People & Talent at Wizard AI, where I joined as employee ~10, built the People function from the ground up and led the organization through a strategic pivot. Before that: CLEAR through its IPO, and nearly a decade at Pivotal Labs and Pivotal Software.
I also keep a few spots open each month for individuals: career coaching, resume review and interview prep from someone who has spent a career on the other side of the table. Learn more about career help.
